Return & Refund Policy

At AiHoop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. However, if something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds in line with consumer protection laws in the UK, EU, and US:

🛍️ Return Conditions

  • For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns if the original shipping package has been opened.
    This policy exists to protect customer safety and trust. Please note: No item that leaves our warehouse is ever sent to another customer again. Every customer receives a brand-new, unused product.

  • Returns are accepted only if:

    • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original, unopened shipping packaging.

    • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@aihoop.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Please note: We are unable to cover return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

💸 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a fault on our part.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via contact@aihoop.com.

  • Please provide clear photos of the item and the outer packaging.

  • We’ll offer a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.


Note:
Please keep the original packaging until your issue is fully resolved. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above.
